I’m Good Thanks

I’m Good Thanks is a short film directed by Saleem Miah and Ahmad Mohsin. It is about what it feels like to be a young, working-class British Asian lad today, exploring themes such as masculinity and mental health. Together with Spice for Life, it is the second film by Saleem and Ahmad that I’ve had the pleasure of composing for.

Choose Your Language

Choose Your Language is a thought-provoking documentary that reveals the relatively unknown prevalence and normalization of extremist language within online gaming communities. By following young gamers, the film explores how they are affected, and how parents often remain unaware of the risks associated with exposure to online gaming. The film challenges society’s current understanding of gaming-related radicalization, postulating that it is not the games themselves, but rather the communities surrounding them, that often drive extremist language and behavior.

Nominated for Best Film (Reflect Talents category) at Reflect Film Festival 2026. Een Nieuwe Vader will be available for streaming on New Faith Network in June 2026.

All participants received ‘Take Care’ (Originally directed by Sune Sorensen) without music and were tasked to compose a completely new score. Submissions were evaluated in multiple rounds by a panel of industry professionals.
